Description
When trying to play a Blu-ray* disc with the desktop set to 16-bit color, the video displayed is black with message that video cannot be displayed.
Solution
This issue is resolved with the latest graphics driver.
To check whether a newer graphics driver is available for your graphics controller, use the Intel® Driver Update Utility . If the online utility displays a message that a customized graphics driver is detected, go to the Customized computer manufacturer graphics driver is detected page.
