Symptom(s):
- Error message: Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered
- Intermittent black screen is displayed for few seconds then returns to the game
Solution:
To resolve this issue, apply the latest patches available from the game manufacturer and install the latest Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator driver.
Contact the game manufacturer for more instructions or support in applying patches.
Use the online Intel® Driver Update Utility to check for the latest graphics driver available for the graphics controller in your computer.
