Video cannot be displayed to a TV and a standard PC monitor simultaneously.
Because these graphics products only have one display pipe, they can only output to two displays if the exact same image, video mode, and graphics timings are sent to each display. Televisions require specific graphics timing that is not compatible with standard PC monitors or digital flat panels.
This is expected behavior for the integrated graphics controller. If this feature is needed, an AGP or PCI video card with support for this feature can be installed in most systems.
