Solution:

USB drivers for Intel® 800 series chipsets including Intel® 82801AA, 82801AB, 82801BA/BAM, or 82801CA/CAM are included with all recent versions of Windows*.

Updates to these USB drivers are not available from Intel for download, however, running the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility allows Windows to recognize and configure all the components of your chipset.

Users of Windows 95* OSR 2.0 or greater should also install the USB Supplement (USBSUPP.EXE). Contact your system manufacturer or Microsoft* regarding availability of this update.
