Symptom(s):

• Selecting the 'Color' tab causes an error
• Error: "IGFXCFG caused a divide error in module USER.EXE at: 0004:000053d9"
• The property pages do not operate properly

Cause:

COMCTL32.DLL is not present, or is older than version 4.7.

Solution:

Copy COMCTL32.dll (ver 4.7 or later) to the system directory to solve this problem.

COMCTL32.DLL is available in Windows* 95 OSR2.1 or later, or in Internet Explorer* 5.x* or later.
