Random system lock ups and freezes.
Solution:
Random system lock-ups can be caused by a large variety of factors at the system level. Graphics driver issues have rarely been found to the cause of such issues, so this type of issue should be handled by the system manufacturer or integrator. Since the system manufacturer or integrator is familiar with the complete configuration of the system, they are best suited to troubleshooting this type or problem.
