Symptom(s):
In Device Manager, the following two yellow question marks appear:
- "intel firmware hub"
- "pci system management bus"
Cause:
The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility has not been run, so some devices are not recognized by the operating system.
Solution:
Download and run the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility
