Description:

After resuming the computer from Standby state (S3), the following issues may be seen on the Display Devices section of the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver window:

• ‘Can’t find requested string’ text may be displayed once or twice on the tab.

• Operating Mode field may be blank.

• Primary Device and Secondary Device fields may be blank.

These issues are no longer seen after closing and re-opening the Intel Graphics Drivers Media Accelerator Driver window. This window is also referred to as the Graphics Properties window.

Solution:

Use the latest version of the Intel® graphics driver to correct this issue. Refer to the Intel graphics driver README file for driver installation instructions as needed.
