While viewing a movie or video through a TV and Home Theater PC (HTPC), you may experience the following symptoms:
- Unable to select 24Hz, 24 frames per second (fps), or 24p at 1920x1080 through HDMI*
- Sees unsmooth video playback at 24Hz, 24 fps, or 24p
- TV and HTPC do not support proper 24Hz, 24 fps, or 24p movie or video playback.
This issue is resolved with the latest graphics driver.
To check whether a newer graphics driver is available for your graphics controller, use the Intel® Driver Update Utility. If the online utility displays a message that a customized graphics driver is detected, click here for additional information.
