Symptom(s):
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War* game displays a T&L error.
Error: "No Devices Found. No suitable display devices were found. Make sure that you have a video card that supports hardware T&L (Transform & Lighting).
The "Next" button is grayed out on the Graphics Configuration screen.
Error: "Not enough physical memory to run the game. Your system must have at least 256MB of RAM."
Solution:
The following steps can be used to eliminate or minimize the issue(s) reported with the game:
Click "Back" on the Graphics Configuration Screen, then choose "safe mode" instead of "optimal". The game should run properly in this mode.
Install greater than 256MB of RAM to resolve the memory error. Since some system memory is used for graphics memory , more than the minimum system memory requirement is necessary. See the Intel® Dynamic Video Memory Technology (DVMT 3.0) Questions and Answers for more information.
