Symptom(s):
Windows NT* 4.0 Terminal Server Edition exhibits a blue screen error after loading the graphics drivers.

Cause:
This version of Windows* is not supported by the graphics drivers for Intel chipsets.

Solution:
Only the generic VGA drivers that come with the operating system can be used with the integrated graphics controller. An alternative is to install a third party graphics card.
