Panel Fitting Does Not Stay Enabled After Rebooting

Symptom(s):
Panel Fitting does not stay enabled after rebooting. The display does not stretch to fill the laptop screen in full screen applications and games that use resolutions below the native LCD resolution.

Solution:
This has been corrected in the 11.0.3.1 (and later) graphics driver.

Download the latest graphics drivers for the Intel® 82830M graphics controller.

For some laptops, upgrading the system BIOS will also resolve this issue. Check with the system manufacturer to see if a BIOS update is available.
