Avant de contacter le SAV Intel, vérifiez que vous avez bien suivi les procédures suivantes et regroupé les informations indispensables sur le produit.

Comment obtenir une réparation ou un remplacement sous garantie
Si le produit acheté tombe en panne pendant la période de garantie pour des motifs couverts par les conditions de la garantie limitée, Intel, à sa discrétion, apportera les réparations nécessaires, remplacera le produit ou le remboursera.

• Les particuliers et entreprises qui demandent le remplacement standard doivent se renseigner sur le lieu d'achat ou auprès de l'assistance Intel®.
  
• Les partenaires technologiques Intel® demandant un remplacement anticipé ou un remplacement standard peuvent utiliser notre formulaire de demande de garantie en ligne.

Pièces de rechange
Les pièces de rechange destinées aux cartes mères Intel® pour PC de bureau sont en vente dans la boutique en ligne click.intel.com . Vous y trouverez une sélection de panneaux d'E/S, de câbles, de lecteurs de CD/DVD et d'autres éléments nécessaires pour assembler ou réparer un PC.

Garanties limitées
Intel propose des garanties limitées 3 ans sur ses cartes mères pour PC de bureau (en boîte ou en vrac), achetées auprès de distributeurs Intel® agréés, avec les exceptions suivantes :

• Afficher la garantie limitée de 3 ans 
• Afficher la garantie limitée de 2 ans 
• Afficher la garantie limitée de 1 an

Programme de remplacement standard des pièces sous garantie (SWR)
Les cartes mères pour PC de bureau suivantes sont traitées dans le cadre du programme de remplacement standard des pièces sous garantie (SWR). Les produits retournés avec des dommages matériels (dommages subis par le produit en raison de causes externes) sont restitués comme tels. Le programme de remplacement anticipé des pièces sous garantie (AWR) d'Intel n'est pas proposé pour ces cartes.
