In August 2002, Intel announced that interactive support for EtherExpress™ 10 ISA adapters will end at 5:00pm (PST) on September 30, 2002. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time. The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included in your product purchase will continue to be honored. For instructions on how to obtain a warranty replacement, see the paragraph below titled "What if my EtherExpress™ 10 ISA adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?"
This announcement does not affect the PRO/10+ ISA adapter. Please see the separate announcement for the PRO/10+ ISA adapter. Interactive support for the PRO/10+ ISA adapter will continue through November of 2003.

Q1. What if I have problems with my EtherExpress™ 10 ISA LAN Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
A1. The EtherExpress 10 ISA adapters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Each product will be replaced with an identical or similar product.
Q2. What if my EtherExpress LAN Adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?
A2. Go to the Warranty Replacement Form for Intel® Network Adapters. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.
Q3. Where can I get assistance on EtherExpress PRO10 PCI adapters after September 2002?
A3. It is expected that web-based self-help support will continue through December 2003 and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download, and all troubleshooting information will still be available.
Q4. How long will Intel provide drivers for the EtherExpress 10 ISA adapters?
A4. Drivers for the EtherExpress 10 ISA adapter are available for Microsoft Windows* 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT* 4.0. Intel will not be developing new drivers for this product.
