EtherExpress™ PRO/10+ PCI Adapter
End of Interactive Support Announcement

In May 2002, Intel® announced that interactive support for EtherExpress™ PRO/10+ PCI adapters will end at 5:00pm (PST) on November 28, 2003. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time. The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included in your product purchase will continue to be honored. For instructions on how to obtain a warranty replacement, see the paragraph below titled What if my EtherExpress™ PRO/10+ PCI adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?

What if I have problems with my EtherExpress™ PRO/10+ PCI LAN Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
The EtherExpress™ PRO/10+ PCI adapters have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Each product will be replaced with an identical or similar product.

What if my EtherExpress LAN Adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?
Go to the EtherExpress RMA form. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax or mail it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.

Where can I get assistance on PRO10+ PCI adapters after November 2003?
It is expected that web-based self-help support will continue through November 2004 and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download, and all troubleshooting information will still be available.

How long will Intel provide drivers for the EtherExpress PRO/10+ PCI adapters?
It is Intel's plan that the driver suite for the PRO/100 adapter family will continue to be backward compatible with the PRO/10+ PCI LAN Adapter.
