Intel® Ultra ATA Storage Driver
Installation Requirements

It is important to install the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility prior to installing the Intel® Ultra ATA Storage Driver so that the Intel chipset is properly recognized by the operating system. See the Installation Instructions page for more details.

Note: The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility is not required on systems using Windows* NT* 4.0. Customers using Windows NT 4.0 should always try to obtain the latest Service Pack from Microsoft*.
