There is no need to uninstall the Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility; therefore, there is no uninstall utility included with the software.
The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility copies the appropriate chipset INF files to the hard drive and creates corresponding registry entries in order to allow the operating system to identify the chipset. It does not load into memory at every boot, it does not consume processor cycles, and it should not interfere with other utilities.
