Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility
Have-disk installation instructions

A have-disk installation is a way to install a driver that does not have a setup program to install it automatically. The Intel® Chipset Software Installation Utility does have a setup program; however, the setup program will prevent you from upgrading the utility if it has been installed already.

In order to install an updated version of the utility, you will need to use the have-disk installation method. Otherwise, you can use the setup program to install the utility.
