Description
Some users have reported that they experienced random drive failures after installing Intel® Matrix Storage Manager version 8.9.
Solution
This issue has been reported to Intel and has not been reproduced. Intel is continuing to investigate the issue.
Users who reported the issue also reported that when they installed version 8.8 or Intel® Rapid Storage Technology version 9.5 or later, the problem no longer occurred.
