The F6 utility that contains the Intel® Matrix Storage Manager 6.x driver files supports more controllers than the Intel® 82801HR/HH/HO I/O controller hub (ICH8R/DH/DO).
If you press F6 at the beginning of the operating system installation process, you will later be asked to press 'S' to specify an additional controller. After pressing 'S' and then inserting the floppy disk created using the F6 utility with Intel® Matrix Storage Manager 6.x driver files, a list of controllers will be presented.
The controllers shown in the list may not be the only options (i.e. all controllers may not be immediately visible). If additional controllers are available for selection, you can use the down arrow key to scroll through the remainder of the list.
Note: Nothing will happen immediately after pressing F6. Setup will temporarily continue loading drivers. You will then be prompted to press 'S' to specify support for an additional controller.
