BLAS Routines

Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms (BLAS) perform vector and matrix operations that are commonly used in computational linear algebra. The BLAS package includes Fortran routines of three levels:

• Level 1 (vector-vector operations)
• Level 2 (matrix-vector operations)
• Level 3 (matrix-matrix operations).
