Function CIS

The CIS function computes a complex exponent of real vector elements (cosine and sine of real vector elements combined to a complex value).

Performance:

 Intel(R) Xeon(R) processor 5100 Series  45nm Intel(R)
Core(TM)2 Duo Processor
Intel(R) Itanium(R) 2 processor
single HA 19.18 17.11 116.86
LA 19.00 16.87 116.08
EP 19.00 16.87 115.87
double HA 36.26 34.94 112.54
LA 35.66 34.49 112.54
EP 35.37 32.03 112.54

Notes:
1) Units - CPE (Clocks per Element)
2) Performance was measured on "working" interval (double precision: [
-10000.0 ; 10000.0]; single precision: [-10000.0 ; 10000.0])
3) Data - vectors of 1000 elements with random generated numbers.
