Rosalind Hudnell
Director of Diversity
INTEL CORPORATION
Rosalind L. Hudnell currently serves as the director of Diversity for Intel Corporation. In this role, she manages the corporate diversity team responsible for Intel's approach to diversity and inclusion worldwide.
Hudnell has been with Intel for 11 years and most recently served as the Public Affairs Manager for Intel's California sites. Her team was responsible for community relations, government relations, charitable contributions, media outreach, employee volunteerism, education and workforce development activities. Prior to this, she was the community education program manager, directing the start-up and implementation of the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network.
Hudnell has over 20 years of experience in similar positions in the publishing and cable television industries. Prior to joining Intel, she served as the vice president of the Sacramento Urban League where she oversaw the development of a 24,000 square foot community technology center. She was instrumental in implementing a variety of technology training programs funded through the California Employment Training Panel, the United States Departments of Labor & Education as well as numerous private sector corporations.
Active in the community, she often speaks on a variety of topics related to workforce development, community development and digital divide. Hudnell serves on the board of directors of the Urban League and the Hidden Brain Drain Task Force Steering Committee, the Executive Committee of the National GEM consortium, the National Center for Women in Technology K-12 Alliance and the Executive Liaison to the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering. Hudnell has received numerous awards including the Black Engineer of the Year for Corporate Promotion of Education, the Ruth Standish Baldwin Award, the Martin Luther King, Jr., Association Good Neighbor Award and business awards from the Sacramento Chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and 100 Black Women. She completed her undergraduate studies in management at St. Mary's College.
