Sanjay D. Panditji is vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and director of Systems Technologies for Intel Corporation. Panditji is responsible for developing platform architectures and technologies that help deliver the full benefits of Intel microprocessors across a range of platforms.

Panditji joined Intel in 1978 and held several positions in software and system design, architecture development and management. He played a key role in the design of the iRMX 86 operating system. In 1987, Panditji led a corporate task force that developed key strategies and product directions adopted by Intel for PC platforms, including CPU-cache cores, definitions of high-performance and high-integration designs, and Intel's first mobile PC chipset. He also developed programs to scale Intel technology into high-performance PC and server applications.

Panditji was a founding member of the Intel Architecture Labs. In 1993, he established the Platform Architecture Lab, which brought many significant advances to the computing industry. Panditji has received three Intel Achievement Awards.

Panditji received an M.S. in Physics from Nagpur University. He also received an M.S. in Electrical Science and an M.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
