Clemente J. Russo is vice president of the Digital Enterprise Group. Previously, he was vice president of the Flash Memory Group, responsible for coordinating key elements of the group’s transition to a new operating model that was more cost effective and included the integration of manufacturing activities into the business. Prior to that he served as vice president of the Sales and Marketing Group and director of marketing operations where he led the team that developed and implemented the company’s marketing transformation effort.
Before that, he was vice president of the Technology and Manufacturing Group and general manager of systems manufacturing, responsible for worldwide manufacturing, outsource operations and post-sales support for computing and communications systems and boards. Russo was also director of manufacturing operations in the Communications Product Group, responsible for manufacturing Intel's board and system communications products.
Prior to joining Intel in 1999, he was vice president of operations at Dialogic Corporation, where he was responsible for manufacturing, materials, quality control, IT, and facilities operations. When Intel acquired Dialogic in 1999, Russo co-managed the integration of the two companies.
Russo received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Manhattan College in New York in 1967.
