Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., July 16, 2009 – Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a 14 cents per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 1, 2009 to stockholders of record on Aug. 7, 2009.

Intel and the Intel logo are trademarks of Intel Corporation in the United States and other countries.
