SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 21, 2008 – Intel Corporation today announced that its board of directors has elected Deborah S. Conrad, John N. Johnson and Diane M. Bryant as corporate officers.

"These three individuals have made significant contributions to Intel, our employees and our industry, and are well deserving of their new positions," said Paul Otellini, Intel president and CEO. "We place great emphasis on employee growth at Intel and it is rewarding to recognize these employees' important responsibilities while looking forward to their continued leadership."

Conrad, 46, is vice president and general manager of the Intel Corporate Marketing Group. She is responsible for Intel's brand management, product positioning and launch management, and marketing research as well as sales and integrated marketing communications, advertising and promotional campaigns. Prior to leading the Corporate Marketing Group, Conrad created and directed Team Apple, overseeing the Intel and Apple business sales and revenue, product engineering, software development support and market development. Conrad joined Intel in 1986.

Johnson, 55, is vice president and chief information officer responsible for Intel's Information Technology organization. The organization, which is comprised of 5,500 IT professionals in more than 50 countries, provides information technology solutions and support to over 85,000 employees worldwide. Johnson joined Intel in 1981 and has held technical positions in sales, marketing, and business development. He received his bachelor's degree in inter-disciplinary engineering from Purdue University.

Bryant, 46, is vice president and newly appointed chief information officer. Bryant and Johnson are now jointly responsible for Intel's Information Technology organization. Previously, she was vice president of the Digital Enterprise Group and general manager of Server Platforms Group, responsible for Intel's server enterprise business, which includes the Intel® Xeon® and Intel® Itanium® server and workstation platforms. Bryant joined Intel in 1985 after graduating from U.C. Davis with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and holds four U.S. patents.
