SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 11, 2007 – Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared an 11.25 cents per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2007 to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2007.
