Intel News Release

INTEL DEVELOPER FORUM, Beijing, April 17, 2007 – At the opening of the Intel Developer Forum (IDF), Shandong Wanjia Network & Culture Co., Ltd. (Wanjia) and Intel Corporation signed a cooperation agreement to provide Intel products and technologies to all of Wanjia's 3,000 i-Cafés nationwide. The agreement also includes professional training, future computer upgrades and new Wanjia locations. Wanjia will be the first to test Intel's new i-Cafés technologies, including Intel® Active Management Technology and the latest Intel® Core™ 2 Duo products, as well as Intel Architecture-based i-Café-optimized applications. Today's agreement is a further step in fulfilling Intel's commitment to fostering cooperation within the whole i-Café industry.

"Intel is devoted to promoting the healthy and rapid development of China's i-Café industry by contributing advanced technologies and training, developing new applications, and satisfying the needs of our users," said Ian Yang, vice president of Intel Corporation's Sales and Marketing Group and general manager of Intel China. "We will continue to strengthen industry cooperation by providing more technologies and solutions tailored to meet the demands of China's i-Cafés, improve their competitiveness and create value for our customers."

"Enhancing our competitiveness in the i-Café industry is key to our cooperation with Intel. Its high performance and low-power consumption products and technologies fully satisfy our i-Café needs," said Cui Jianping, president of Wanjia. As China's largest i-Café chain, Wanjia has established long-term strategic cooperations with dozens of well-known Chinese and overseas IT technology vendors, PC manufacturers, online gaming carriers, network service providers and peripheral product suppliers.

As the technology leader, Intel has always been focused on fostering cooperation within the entire i-Café industry. Last year, Intel joined Wanjia on a tour to 100 Chinese villages and towns in a joint effort to develop new markets and provide professional training to Wanjia's engineers and sales forces. As part of today's agreement, Intel will also help Wanjia establish 1,000 information service centers in rural areas to provide rural residents with computer training and Internet access. This expanding partnership between Intel and Wanjia represents Intel's commitment to fostering industry cooperation by providing not only advanced products and technologies, but also professional training and support.

About Intel Developer Forum
Launched in 1997, the Intel Developer Forum began as a single conference focused on advancing PC platform technologies.

As computing and communications technologies have accelerated their convergence in recent years, IDF has expanded to include topics of interest to both industries.

Participants recognize the value of IDF as a technical conference. They come to meet with groups from across Intel, get up to speed on new technologies, and get a better understanding of where technology is heading. Attendees come from around the world and represent many different job functions including engineering, marketing, technical management and business management.

A schedule of track topics and other information can be found on the IDF Spring 2007 Web site at http://www.prcidf.com.cn.
