Intel Declares Regular Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 9, 2004 - The Intel Corporation board of directors has declared a $0.04 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Dec. 1, 2004 to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2004.
