Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) enables cost-effective remote management of networked embedded systems even when the systems are powered off. IT personnel can discover, heal and protect networked embedded systems, without incurring the expense of on-site support.

Intel® AMT capabilities include remote hardware and software asset management, remote diagnosis and repair, out-of-band (OOB) system management, system defense network isolation, mobile power management and non-volatile storage of Intel® AMT firmware, asset inventory data and third-party software.

The Intel® AMT Firmware Integration Wizard, Intel® Firmware Status Debugger Tool, and Intel® Embedded AMT Management Express Console help developers design, verify, and deploy embedded systems enabled with remote management capabilities.
