Intel Capital Congratulates Portfolio Company ASPEED Technology Inc. on its Initial Public Offering
ASPEED went IPO on the Taiwan's GreTai Securities Market on April 30, becoming the first Intel Capital portfolio company to hold IPO this year. ASPEED received funding from Intel Capital in 2011.
The IPO marks another successful collaboration between Intel Capital and the IT industry in Taiwan. It highlights the central and innovative role that Taiwanese companies play in the global technology industry.

Intel Capital Invests in Zinitix
Intel Capital announced a new investment in Zinitix Co., Ltd, a South Korea based fabless developer of touch controller ICs for smartphones and tablets. Founded in 2000, Zinitix specializes in various SoC semiconductors based on its own Microcontroller (MCU) core technology.
The funding will be used by Zinitix for product development, market expansion, and to help further boost the company's expertise and resources in support of rapid business growth throughout 2013.
