"Some people may have the misconception that Intel is systematic and stuffy. Sure, being in a big company we have certain ways we go about our work, but there are many aspects of Intel that are very relaxed and fun."

What would I change if I could do my first day at Intel over?

I would change what I wore! On my first day I wasn't sure what to wear so I dressed up with a tie and dress pants. Throughout the rest of the day people in shorts and sandals were saying "Whoa, look at the new guy."

How do I socialize at Intel?

I take advantage of RCGnet (Intel's recent college grad network) and all the events that are planned to network and meet other employees and RCGs.

Why do I think Intel is a great place to work?

The money is good, the benefits are great, the people are friendly, and you are encouraged to take advantage of professionally developing yourself by trying new roles.

What do I do when I'm NOT at work?

I like to play sports, hike, rock climb, cook, travel, and be with family and friends. I'm always up for trying new things, tasting new foods, and never pass up the chance to cheer on the Illini, Cubs, and Da Bears! Can you guess where I'm from?

What's the coolest website that I've discovered?

Google Earth* is pretty neat to go splunking around the world, trying to find some cool shots.

If I could live and work abroad for a year, where would I go?

Europe—there's so much history, so many countries that a two-week vacation would not make a dent in the full experience.
