"I think that Intel is a great place to work because everyone is given the opportunity to be successful. For instance, Intel will be providing some intercultural training and I get the chance to help develop it."

What do I do at Intel?

I support managers for a new factory in China so they have what they need to ramp up. I'm also responsible for influencing relationships to help solve any problems that arise. We partner with our Legal department and other stakeholders to make sure Intel's best interests are held and that we comply with local government laws.

How do I make an impact at Intel?

Studying Mandarin in college has really helped me to make an impact in Intel as we enter the Chinese market. There are a lot of firsts in our factory in China, and I know that I have been able to contribute to them.

How do I balance my work and my life?

I utilize flexible hours since my meetings can sometimes be after normal U.S. business hours. Also, I'm not in my cube all day. My laptop is my office, so I can go anywhere like conference rooms, other buildings, or work from home.
