"The things that make me love working at Intel are the opportunity to network with people of all levels combined with concerted efforts to build team relationships. As a relocated worker from the East Coast to the West, Intel welcomed and supported me in a way no other company could."

What cool project have I had the opportunity to work on at Intel?

I recently worked on a Payroll project. It was cool working with virtual teams from all over. I also enjoyed being a significant part of putting the pieces of a business process together to create a higher efficiency payroll model. I got to travel quite a bit too!

What's the most fun experience that I've had so far working at Intel?

A team building exercise at McMenamins! We competed to find answers to a treasure hunt and then played Frisbee golf. It was a great team builder and lots of fun too!

Do I participate in any Intel networks or groups?

I have been involved as a board member in event publishing with RCGnet, which is a group specifically for new hires and recent college graduates. It has helped me to meet new people and to learn more about Portland. A few of my good friends now are people I met through one of our events.

What's the coolest website that I've discovered lately?

I love fancast.com; it has movies, all the most recent episodes of new shows, and the old seasons of some shows!

If I could have dinner with anyone—dead or alive—who would that be?

It would be Martin Luther King Jr., to let him know that his dreams are being realized today.

What's the coolest gadget that I'd like to buy?

I would LOVE to the have the new Blackberry Storm*!
