"Every initiative an employee takes—however small or significant—gets due recognition."

If I could do my first day over, what would I change?

Nothing, I was very impressed by the New Employee Orientation. It made me feel important being part of such a great company. I felt proud to have taken the decision to join Intel.

What's the most fun experience I've had while working at Intel?

Every project at Intel is an experience by itself. The most fun-filled experience that I've had was during a staffing face to face meeting in Shanghai. This meeting was for all GAR (Greater Asia Region) staffing employees. Talking to all my colleagues from other sites, knowing them, and playing the team building games was great fun.

Do I participate in any Intel networks or groups?

Through the Intel Involved team I was part of a couple of activities like Painting the class rooms of a local school and visiting the National Association for the Blind. It was a wonderful experience.

Why do I think Intel is a great place to work?

Because, at Intel, you are allowed to work independently and to be creative. Employees also enjoy a wonderful work life balance and, most importantly, feel like we are taken care of like a family.

What do I do when I'm NOT at work?

I paint and listen to music.

If I could live and work abroad for a year, where would I go?

Singapore! It's a beautiful place, well connected, very organized with a low crime rate, friendly people and, most importantly, it was part of my first international trip.

What's the coolest gadget that I've purchased lately?

The coolest I have is my IPod*, I'm not much of a gadget freak, but the one I long for is a Nikon*D5000.
