What is a cool opportunity that I've had while working at Intel?
I began in Assembly Technology Development working in the technical field. Now, I'm in Staffing as a College Program Manager and I'm learning new things. With my technical background, I can collaborate well with universities to develop programs or road shows for students, and to review and influence their technical curriculum.
This is really cool because I'm able to have exposure meeting and interacting with professors and Deans from various universities across the country. This also gives me some challenges in organizing activities such as the eLite Program and the Career Talk.
What's the most fun experience I've had while working at Intel?
I remember we had an Annual Dinner where each group had to perform a short play. It was unbelievable to see the other side of colleague's talent in doing stage performing. It was really a hilarious event.
Why do I think Intel is a great place to work?
Intel is a great place to work because of it provides a conducive work environment. Intel provides flextime options, such as comp time and 'work from home', which are rare to find in Malaysia. Intel is such a great company.
What do I do when I'm NOT at work?
I love to travel, visiting new places especially in Malaysia as well as overseas. I enjoy staying on beautiful islands and snorkeling. I like to play tennis, squash as well as pool/snooker. My recent hobby is Photography and Reiki (Art of Self Healing). I'm open to learning new things in life.
If I could live and work abroad for a year, where would I go?
I'd choose Europe—so many countries with so much history to discover!
What's the coolest gadget that I've purchased lately?
I bought a Mac* Desktop and am looking forward to buying a Mac Book Pro 13*, the latest design by Apple.
