What cool opportunity or project have I had while working at Intel?
I currently manage a program that enables our server reseller channel to deliver more complete solutions. To promote this program, I've had the opportunity to meet a variety of customers in different locations and get a better sense of their challenges and needs.
What's the biggest misconception that I think people have about working at Intel?
That we're all engineers. There's a wide range of career paths here!
What's the most fun experience I've had while working at Intel?
The first month at Intel, I had the opportunity to go to Cannes, France to support our division at a trade show.
What do I do when I'm NOT at work?
I love going to hear live music and spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, or golfing.
What's the coolest website I've discovered?
I use Kayak.com a lot for planning both personal and work-related travel. A site which is great for keeping up with the local Portland music scene is localcut.wweek.com.
What's the coolest gadget I've bought lately or want to buy?
I'm pretty well gadget-ize but wouldn't mind an HD DVR, or a new digital camera, or an iPod touch*!
