What is a cool opportunity that I’ve had while working at Intel?

I implemented a new transportation lane from Costa Rica to China, with a complete new transportation supplier. I had to learn a lot of processes and guidelines such as customs requirements from a country completely different to mine; it was very difficult and challenging. I had to take into account not only a different culture, but also different languages, processes, procedures and even night meetings to coordinate with different counterparts and China entities.

Do I participate in any Intel networks or volunteer events?

I participate on community events every quarter; we go to schools to help the children, paint the school or even clean our parks. It has made me realize that I can make a difference.

Why do I think Intel is a great place to work?

Intel gives you the tools you need to grow and time to spend with your family.

What do I do when I'm NOT at work?

I love being with my kids, taking them to the park or to their activities, doing homework or playing with them.

If I could live and work abroad for a year, where would I go?

I would work at Intel Oregon or Arizona; I love the weather and have a lot of friends there. Also I know there are a lot of Corporate Challenges that I could help with.

What's the most adventurous thing I've done?

I'm not a very adventurous person, but I guess I would say being a mom! Trust me—that's an adventure.
