What do I do at Intel?

a manufacturing engineer I am mainly focused on capacity. I currently own four tool sets and ensure, from a long-range perspective, that the capacity that we have meets our customer demand at the time based on our current tool set.

How did I come to Intel?

I graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology with my degree in manufacturing engineering. Following graduation I accepted an 11-month internship placement with Intel and then was hired as a Intel employee in manufacturing engineering.

How do I make an impact at Intel?

At the end of the day, the faster we can get our tools operational the more beneficial it is to the overall factory and to Intel.

What is my typical day like?

You never know what to expect on a day-to-day basis. You may go into work one day and expect to have a quiet day and it may end up being the busiest day of the week. It's one of the things I like about my job.

Why is Intel a great place to work?

Within Intel there is plenty of opportunity to expand the knowledge base that you enjoy learning about and working on. I've learned so much in the time that I've been here and I've meet so many different people. Working at Intel has been a very enjoyable experience.

What do I do when I'm not at work?

I enjoy working on my motorcycle, playing soccer, reading, and watching films.
