Intel Vietnam employees receive comprehensive medical, dental, and optical care benefits both at home and while traveling.
Social Security contributions are paid in accordance with local legal requirements.
At no cost to the employee, Intel Vietnam employees are provided with life insurance coverage to provide for their family's economic well-being at the time of their natural or accidental death. Supplemental coverage is provided for accidental death that may occur while on business travel. In addition, benefits for permanent disablement are also provided.
Vacation Time
Intel Vietnam employees are entitled to 14-20 days vacation leave each year to pursue recreational interests and enhance family and personal life.
Holidays
Intel Vietnam observes 8 holidays per year.
Leave Time
In accordance with statutory requirements, Intel Vietnam provides a variety of paid leave programs. Examples include compassionate leave; marriage, maternity, and childcare leave; and both short and long term sick leave. The paid short term sick leave entitlement is dependent on the number of years the employee has contributed to the social insurance program; long term sick leave coverage extends up to 180 days.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their eligible dependents confidential and convenient access to short-term professional counseling services at no cost.
Life-event Gifts
Intel Vietnam provides gifts to employees based on certain life events, such as the employee's wedding, birth of a child, hospitalization of three days or more, and funeral (including the employee's direct family).
