Rotation Engineer ProgramJump start your dream technical career with real-world professional engineering experience under your belt. Intel's Rotation Engineers Program (REP) is a full-time, one-year technical development program for top recent college graduates with technical degrees and strong behavioral skills. The program allows you, as an employee, to accelerate your career growth and find your ideal fit within Intel by exposing you to various business groups and technologies in hardware design, software design, manufacturing and marketing. With the REP, you select three four-month rotations in the technical areas that match your interest and passion, such as processor architecture, chipset design or flash memory.
