Intel's goal is to pay above-average total cash compensation when Intel has an average year and, with our bonus payouts, well above average when we outperform our competitors.
Components of employee cash compensation include:
  • Base Pay
  • Bonuses (see "Bonus" tab above)
In addition, based on job and function, employees may also be eligible for commission.
Base Pay
Base pay at Intel Ukraine is market-competitive (based on regular local market surveys that ensure competitive wages). On the individual employee level, the amount earned is determined by employee performance.
Commission
In addition to a base salary, a portion of commission-eligible employees' cash compensation is directly dependent on sales performance.
 
 
Employee Bonuses
Intel's two bonus programs are important elements of cash compensation as they link a portion of each employee's pay directly to Intel's profitability.
