Intel's benefits plans are designed to keep employees — our most important asset — healthy and productive. Our benefits are generous and personalized, in many cases letting employees choose the options that are right for themselves and their family.
Intel Ukraine provides medical coverage by Ostra-Kiev with the employee's choice of clinics and hospitals, plus emergency care. This plan covers the employee only; Intel pays 70 percent while the employee pays 30 percent.
Employees at Intel Ukraine are covered by a life and accident insurance plan that provides two times the amount of an employee's annual salary (plus Employee Bonus target) in case of death. In the case of accidental disability, the plan provides a percentage of two times an employee's annual salary (plus Employee Bonus target).
Business Traveler Accident
Intel provides Business Travel Accident (BTA) insurance for all employees. This benefit is payable for losses resulting from bodily injuries sustained through accidental means while on Intel business travel or work-related errands. The amount of your BTA is equal to five times your eligible annual earnings rounded to the next higher $1,000 and subject to a $1,000,000 (U.S.) maximum.
Vacation Time
Intel Ukraine employees are entitled to a maximum 24 days vacation leave to allow sufficient time to pursue recreational interests and enhance family/personal life.
Extended Leave
Employees have the option of saving three to seven vacation days per year for a period of five years or until they have been part of the program for five years. Employees then have a two-year timeframe in which they can use their saved extended leave time.
Meal Subsidy
Intel Ukraine offers all employees a meal subsidy of $80 (U.S.) per month.
