Disability Benefits
Permanent Health Insurance covers Intel United Arab Emirates employees in the case of any long-term absence from work caused by illness.

Intel United Arab Emirates employees are covered by both life and accident insurance. In the case of accidental death, the policy covers up to four times an employee's annual cash compensation. In the case of permanent disability as a result of an accident, coverage is equal to three times an employee's annual cash compensation.

Business Traveler Accident Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel in the United Arab Emirates provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees at no cost while they travel on business outside of United Arab Emirates for a period of up to 90 days. Coverage includes medically necessary accident and sickness expenses that occur while on a business trip.

Business Traveler Medical Plan
Intel United Arab Emirates full-time and part-time employees receive medical coverage at no cost for occasions when they are traveling on business outside of United Arab Emirates for a period of up to 90 days. Coverage includes medically necessary accident and sickness expenses occurring during business travel.

Vacation Time
Intel United Arab Emirates employees are allotted paid vacation leave of 24 to 26 days per year — time for pursuing recreational interests and enhancing family/personal life.

Extended Leave Program
Intel United Arab Emirates employees may choose to save three to seven days of vacation per year for a period of five years, or until they have been part of the program for five years. The employee then has a two-year timeframe in which to use this extended leave time.
