Intel's benefits plans are designed to keep employees—our most important asset—healthy and productive. Our benefits are generous and personalized, in many cases letting employees choose the options that are right for themselves and their family.
Intel Turkey provides comprehensive medical and dental coverage. The plan covers both inpatient and outpatient treatment as well as maternity coverage.
Life Insurance
All employees at Intel Turkey are covered by a group life insurance plan. Coverage includes two times the amount of an employee's annual salary (base salary plus bonus target and/or commission) paid to his or her beneficiary in case of death in service.
Accidental Death and Disability Benefits
Intel Turkey offers accident insurance, providing three times an employee's annual salary (plus bonuses) in the event of accidental death. If an employee is permanently disabled and unable to work, he or she will receive three times his or her annual salary plus any bonuses.
Business Traveler Accident Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel Turkey provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees. Business traveler accident coverage equals five times an employees' annual salary up to $1 million (U.S).
Business Traveler Medical Plan
Intel provides medical coverage to full-time and part-time Turkish employees, at no cost, while they travel on business outside of Turkey for a period of up to 90 days. Coverage includes medically-necessary accident and sickness expenses which occur while on a business trip. Full plan details and expenses are available upon joining Intel and verification of travel.
Vacation Time
Intel Turkey employees are entitled to vacation leave, which is dependent upon length of service. Here are the specifics:
- 15 days per year for one to five years of service
- 21 days per year for six to 10 years of service
- 27 days per year after 15 years of service
Extended Leave
Employees have the option of saving three to seven vacation days per year for a period of five years or until they have been part of the program for five years. Employees then have a two-year timeframe in which they can use their saved extended leave time.
Meal Subsidy Intel Turkey supports employees' nutritional needs by providing food vouchers.
