Intel Thailand offers employees comprehensive medical and dental plan coverage, assuring employees cost-effective and flexible choices when selecting quality care. Intel and employees share the cost of employee and dependent health care coverage.
To provide for their family's economic well-being, eligible Intel Thailand employees are provided with Basic Life and accidental death insurance benefits at no cost. Intel also provides Business Travel Accident coverage at no cost.
Intel Thailand provides a defined contribution pension plan where employees can contribute pre-tax funds for long-term investment. Employees can contribute up to five percent of their pension-eligible salary, depending on the length of employment at Intel.
Holidays
Intel Thailand observes 13 paid holidays per year.
Vacation Time
Based on length of service, Intel Thailand employees are entitled to 14-20 days vacation leave per year to pursue recreational interests and enhance family/personal life.
Vacation Bank Program
Employees may choose to save up to 6 days of vacation per year, up to a maximum of 40 days, to be taken in or after the eighth year of participation in the program.
Leave of Absence
Intel Thailand provides a variety of paid and unpaid employee leave programs to promote work/life balance. Examples include sick and hospitalization leave; bereavement leave; maternity, paternity, parental, and family leaves; personal leave.
