Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Singapore employees receive comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care benefits both at home and while traveling.
 
Pension Program
 
Intel Singapore participates in the government pension program. Contributions of 13 percent from Intel, and 20 percent from employees, are the current prevailing statutory rates.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
All Intel Singapore employees are provided with life insurance coverage to provide for their family's economic well-being at the time of their natural or accidental death. Supplemental coverage is provided for accidental death that may occur while on business travel. Disability benefits are also provided.

Holidays
Singapore observes 11 public holidays during each calendar year.
Annual Leave
Intel Singapore offers employees 15 days off per year during their first three years of employment. Employees receive 18 days off per year for between 4 and 7 years of service, and 20 days per year after eight years of service.
Leave of Absence
Intel Singapore provides eligible employees with a variety of additional paid and unpaid employee leave programs. Examples include sick time/hospitalization leave; compassionate (bereavement) leave; marriage, maternity, paternity, parental, and family leaves; and study/examination leave.

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides employees and their eligible dependents confidential and convenient access to short-term professional counseling services at no cost.
 
 
Stock Purchase Plan
The Stock Purchase Plan allows employees to purchase Intel stock at a discount through payroll deductions, from two to 10 percent of eligible pay. Stock is purchased at 85 percent of Intel's stock price at the lower of the beginning or ending of a subscription period. Employees use the plan for short-term savings goals or long-term investment needs.
