Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel employees in Riyadh are covered by a comprehensive medical insurance plan.
 
Life and Disability Insurance
 
Intel employees in Saudi Arabia are covered by life, permanent disability and accident insurance. In the case of death or permanent disability, the policy covers up to four times an employee's annual cash compensation.
Disability Benefits
Permanent Health Insurance covers Intel employees in Saudi Arabia in the case of any long-term absence from work caused by illness.
Business Traveler Accident Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel Saudi Arabia provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees. Business traveler accident coverage equals five times an employees' annual salary, up to $1 million (U.S.).
Business Traveler Medical Plan
Intel Saudi Arabia provides medical coverage to full-time and part-time employees at no cost for occasions when they are traveling on business outside of Saudi Arabia (up to a maximum of 90 days). Coverage includes medically necessary accident and sickness expenses occurring during business travel.
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation Time
Intel Saudi Arabia employees are entitled to paid vacation leave of 22 days per year.
Extended Leave
Employees have the option to bank five days of vacation per year for a period of five years. Employees have a two year timeframe within which to use their extended leave.
 
Other Benefits
 
Housing Allowance
Intel provides eligible employees in Saudi Arabia an annual housing allowance.
Schooling Allowance
Intel Saudi Arabia provides eligible employees an annual schooling allowance.
 
 
Employee Cash Bonus Plan
This profit-sharing plan pays cash rewards twice a year. Through our Customer Excellence Program (CEP), employees may also receive an additional two days of pay each year on top of the ECBP payout. CEP measures customers' delight, their commitment to Intel, and the likelihood that they will do future business with us.
