Medical and Dental Benefits
 
Intel Poland offers employees a medical and dental plan by ABC Medicover that is fully covered by Intel. The plan covers the employee's annual medical examinations, screenings and diagnostic tests, as well as annual flu shots and unlimited visits to a personal physician at the Medicover Centre. It also covers a 24-hour emergency and medical-care hotline, ambulance service, specialist consultation and discounts on dental treatment. Home visits for pregnancy care, dental examinations and first-aid training are covered, as well. The employee can buy family coverage in addition to this policy.
 
Life and Accident Insurance
 
All employees at Intel Poland are covered by a group life insurance plan. Coverage for accidental death is four times an employee's salary plus his or her Employee Bonus. Permanent disability is two times an employee's salary plus Employee Bonus. Permanent partial disability is proportionate to the degree of disability.
Business Traveler Accident Insurance
In addition to basic life insurance and basic accidental death insurance, Intel Poland provides business traveler accident coverage for all employees. Business traveler accident coverage equals five times an employees' annual salary up to $1 million (U.S.).
 
Paid Time Off
 
Vacation Time
Intel Poland employees are entitled up to 26 vacation days a year depending on education and seniority. Vacation time must be utilized before the end of March the following year, as employees cannot transfer vacation time from one year to the next.

Recreation
In Warsaw, employees can subscribe to any gym/sports facility, and be reimbursed by Intel for a portion of the cost. In Gdansk, Intel rents a pool and sports facilities for employees to use free of charge.
Cafeteria Plan
Intel employees in Gdansk receive daily lunch tickets. This is subject to personal tax for the employee.
 
 
Intel University
Our worldwide training organization, Intel University, focuses on Intel culture, career and manager development, and new employee orientation and integration. Intel U provides worldwide administration and delivery of more than 2,400 unique instructor-led or online courses. Over 11,000 Intel employees currently volunteer as instructors, including senior management. In 2005, Intel spent an average of $3,700 per employee worldwide on training and development.
